At Saaga, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 4–7 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly ineligible for return:
- Customized or altered products.
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
2. Return Request Process
- Return requests must be initiated through calls and emails only via our registered contact number or email support. Returns cannot be scheduled through any other mode of communication.
- Photo Verification: Before a return is scheduled, customers must share clear photographs of the product with our team. Returns will only be scheduled after these photos are reviewed and approved.
- Once the return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process, including pickup/shipping instructions and the applicable refund procedure.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs for verification.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 4–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
Saaga reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
